Ford Romania announces today the withdrawal of the company from the Association of Automobile Manufacturers and Importers (APIA), starting April 1, 2020.
Cristian Prichea, General Manager of Ford Romania explained: “The essential reason why we decided to leave the APIA organization is because of the need for a unified and grounded approach to the problems that the auto industry is facing, so that certain aspects pointed out by us along the years were not managed with the level of priority imposed objectively by the importance of each subject individually. However, we want to remain in the dialogue and we welcome in this way the opening that APIA has manifested to establish a constructive dialogue with the other associations of profile.”
