Surprising change in Dacia leadership: Jerome Olive becomes new general manager
Starting September 2018, Jerome Olive has become the new general manager of Automobile Dacia and Groupe Renault Romania, after Antoine Doucerain resigned for personal reasons. Jerome Olive’s mandate is an interim until the Renault group will make a new nomination.
Renault’s French team announced a surprising change in Dacia’s leadership. Installed into office in May this year, Antoine Doucerain gave up the position of general manager for personal reasons.
Interim Jerome Olive, who led Dacia in 2010-2013, was named instead. He will hold the position of general manager of Automobile Dacia and Groupe Renault Romania, until Renault will make a new nomination.
After leaving Dacia’s leadership in 2013, Jerome Olive has also served as Industrial Manager for the Euromed Africa, Industrial Manager for Europe and then Alliance Regional SVP – Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Process Engineering for the Eurasian region.
