Dacia CEO announces investments of 100 million Euro: around 300 new employees
Dacia will invest more than 100 million Euro for increasing production capacity in the next years and will hire 300 new employees, according to Christophe Dridi, CEO of Automobile Dacia and Groupe Renault Romania.
“We will increase the production capacity of the Mioveni plant from 350,000 cars to 406,000 units by 2020. We have already started investing over 100 million Euro. The plan is to hire another 300 new employees,” said Dridi.
Christophe Dridi is the new CEO of Automobile Dacia and Groupe Renault Romania as of January 1, 2019. He took this responsibility from Jerome Olive, Alliance Regional SVP Manufacturing Process Engineering & Supply Chain Eurasia Region, which had an interim mandate starting with September 2018.
