ENGIE Romania joins forces with Mazda Romania to promote electric mobility
ENGIE Romania has signed a partnership with Mazda Romania to promote electric mobility. Through the partnership, Mazda customers who purchase a Mazda MX-30 car in the next 12 months will receive a charging station that will be installed by ENGIE.
In addition to the Elvi EVBox charging station as a gift, Mazda MX-30 customers can also obtain a subscription to e-mobility services by concluding a contract for the supply of electricity from renewable sources with ENGIE. In this way, customers can benefit from technical assistance from the ENGIE team, access to the e-charge network with over 160 charging points nationwide, free charging for the first 3,000 km and online monitoring for uploads.
“The decarbonization of road transport is one of the trends that is becoming more and more pronounced not only at European level, but also in Romania. Therefore, we aim to become the partner of electric charging solutions for car manufacturers who, in turn, aim to offer their customers integrated green products. We are glad that the partnership signed with Mazda is another step in this direction,” says Nicolas Richard, Deputy General Manager of Energy Supply & Solutions, ENGIE Romania.
“We want to provide Mazda MX-30 customers with all the infrastructure they need to enjoy and focus on driving pleasure and the feeling of communion with the car, central attributes of Mazda. Thus, we chose ENGIE as a partner and together we offer owners of Mazda MX-30 22 kW Elvi charging stations for free, to eliminate the worry of charging the vehicle when they are at home,” said Cristian Rigu, Mazda Country Manager Romania.
